Product/Operations: - Vetted and selected 3rd party vendors and owned EHR and insurance billing integrations. - Designed and implemented end-to-end insurance verification process that directly increased patient conversion and lowered customer acquisition costs. - Wore multiple hats! Worked on product and growth strategy, oversaw insurance billing process, talked to and onboarded customers (both patients and providers), implemented ad campaigns and wrote marketing copy, designed A/B tests.
