Following are the details of the activities and project done during the internship- Pricing Analysis and Reconciliation = The task involved was analysing the Transfer Project imports from Bosch Czech Republic and reconcile actual payable. It also involved analysing all transactions with invoices and actual transfer price rolled out and determine price differences and reasons thereof. ABE Store Stock-take Reconciliation = The project involved comparing the system quantity of raw materials, WIPs and finished products with their physically counted quantity. The completion of the above project enabled the company to know the deviations between system quantities (SAP stock) and physical quantities (Stock in stores) and the reasons behind those deviations. Price Related Difference- Reporting the difference between the prices predicted for raw materials and the prices actually charged by the vendors on the monthly basis. Maintaining monthly record of repairs and maintenance on premises and plant and machinery. Analysing the Planned Product Cost for next year with current year, which was set last year and mentioning the reasons for differences.
