I worked with Varsha at Siemens from Aug 2019 to Oct 2020 on multiple projects. She led numerous projects, of which I was part of two significant projects. She efficiently communicated the customer requirements and the technical team's deliverables throughout the projects. She was open to discussions related to projects or technical challenges. She was sound in her technical skills and was always involved in the research and development of the applications.
