Digital Data Services: Digital Data Services is a OSGI framework web service application providing data services to all the GE Aviation applications. All the transactions and information about aircraft applications such as Engines, Parts, Events, Utility and core details are retrieved from various databases or consumed by web services from different applications and exported as a web service to GE Aviation applications. Responsibilities: • Designed and migrated all the GE Aviation application bundles to AWS environment in order to support efficiency in handling the web services and the response. • Designed and developed various Restful web services that exports data from databases and also from different REST and SOAP service endpoints of various applications to required GE Aviation applications according to the requirement. • Registered all the web service URL endpoints in Sentry network and Systinet for client delivery using Swagger JSON. • Created documents such as Low Level Design, Unit Test Plan, Defect Sheet for all the mentioned modules. • Involved in code review and helped peers in debugging the issues and fixing them effectively • Developer support during Deployments and Co-ordination and support for team members • Log file analysis • Performed performance testing using jemter for multiple users (ex: 100 concurrent users) • Monitoring the services using AppDynamics and New Relic tools. • Creating test scripts using testing tools Soap UI, postman and jmeter. • Agile scrum board management in JIRA and Rally.
