It's not often I come across a producer who has unshakeable composure, but Vanja is one of those rare few that I've worked with who thrives under pressure in unpredictable, chaotic environments. It's a quality that is so crucial to the success of a producer and Vanja has it in spades. Not only is she a great problem solver and thinks well on her toes, but she is also measured and strategic with how she goes about project management. I can't recommend her enough. She'd be an asset to any team and is a delight to work alongside! Hopefully our paths will cross again someday.
