      I have had a number of responsibilities throughout my time with the company, my main duties revolved around the general running of the office which includes office management and reception duties. This included general PA duties for the CEO and assisting the managing director with Human Resources. I implemented the ISO 9001 and ISO27001 standards and maintained them.I had a key role in assisting the bookkeeper with our accounts, ensuring they are kept up to date in between her working days, and a number of financial duties which were solely my responsibility, including invoicing and Direct Debit payment set up. In addition to this, I had a support role within the company, helping with a number of queries relating to invoices, domains and hosting and often technical issues which I would then pass the information on to the relevant team. I have also held a role in the E-Commerce team, writing creative descriptions for products for some of their websites and this eventually led to me finding and outsourcing freelancers to write descriptions and articles for us.

      I worked in the office as a clerk to do the weekly pay-in of the agents and to make sure that they and the managers get everything they need including, issuing float cheques and vouchers, dealing with any problems and requests they may have. I also help with the general running of the office which can include filing, putting new stock away, checking the agreements for errors and reporting any, sorting through paperwork, answering the telephone, dealing with enquires and taking messages, taking payments from customers at the door and taking money to the bank.
