  After quickly adapting to the program, I met the needs of each school group visiting the outdoor center. During my time there I instructed technical outdoor skills to participants trying new activities to overcome fears and broaden environmental knowledge. I also demonstrated consideration, fun, and authenticity while guiding participants and participating in each of the activities. I have demonstrated awareness in ensuring safety and the well being of campers and staff. Over the summer, I work with 15 to 30 girls ages 8 to 17 years old.
