Friedman's Restaurant is an eatery inside of New York City's historic Chelsea Market, Vanessa became a partner in 2008, redesigned the interior, and developed the concept to American comfort food. In an effort to reach the growing number of people restricted to gluten-free diets, Vanessa implemented a significant gluten-free component to the menu. Within the first year of business, Vanessa increased the revenue by 100%. Today there are 5 Friedman's throughout New York City.
