Vanessa is a top class deliverer of results as well as an excellent 'people person'. She is extremly capable of communicating and influencing people within her own organisation as well as business partners. Having worked with her as a project manager I can attest to her performance strengths and people skills, which combine in excellent skills of negotiation and facilitation of efficient supplier relationships which I have personally seen deliver extraordinary results. Update 16th of June 2011: I had the pleasure to work with Vanessa during the last two years on several projects and initiatives. Vanessa was in charge of all sourcing and contractual activities of these projects and she was a key driver ensuring the overall project success. We collaborated as well on several feasibility study where Vanessa demonstrated her deep knowledge of supply chain operations in executing comprehensive feasibility reviews and negotiations in very short time, which delivered all decision-critical information to ensure fast decision making. Vanessa is a extremely capable colleague with the unique talent to blend her deep knowledge of supply chain operations, strategic sourcing and contractual work to deliver excellent results both in project related work as well in internal and external negotiations. In addition to this she is an out-of-the-box thinker and a very skilled networker dealing with all levels of internal management and partners, which was extremly helpful for me as a project manager. Having her on the team was for me and will be a key to project and business success.
