  This boutique business law firm was facing a common challenge when I joined the team: how to assist their small and mid-size business clients with their international transactions? I was able to assist their clients with their international transactions by drafting licensing and distribution agreements, researching international data privacy policies such as the GDPR, drafting privacy manuals to be used by companies, and advising clients on how to save millions by utilizing U.S Foreign-Trade Zones.
