Her professionalism and helpfulness made not just the welcome but the entire stay a positive and memorable one for us (2 adults and 2 children). She personally took us to our room, and explained all the room's offerings and amenities. She also helped us secure a booking at the Singaporean restaurant on the 2nd floor for dinner and also recommended the Sampan tour of Aberdeen harbour during sundown. Vanessa also checked on us from time to time to ensure our stay was most comfortable and without hiccups. During checkout, Vanessa was on hand to expedite us the invoice and farewell us in person.
