  Duties within this role vary from ensuring that all finished goods are approved within the right procedure. Ensuring that checks are done on temperatures of finished goods and raw materials. To carry out checks on the chillers and freezers ensuring that the correct temperature is kept at all times. Checking of all units packing making sure all lines has been correctly cleaned to high standard. I am able to do an in-house audit of the factory in making sure that our procedures are kept to and maintained. Dealing with customers over the phone and helping with their enquires. Maintaining the paper work within the department is kept up to date and filed accordingly. There are also many other duties that I undertake which the role requires including rework, life extensions and constant process and safety improvement.
