  • I was able to learn a lot about myself in the first weeks. I learned that my confidence as a leader was already there. When I first started, I was worried that I would not be able to do much, but I soon realized that there are many things I could do. It was just that I had no idea how to start and that I had to be a little bit more confident in myself.• This is the main job. It’s about seeing things from another perspective. You have to be able to look at things from different angles and see new possibilities. There is a lot to learn and you need to be able to ask questions.• I got used to the fact that you never know what will happen next. I don’t know if it was because it was my first job or because I was at google, but there is always something to learn. That is why you should stay curious and open-minded.• This job is also about communication. Communication is not only about speaking, but also listening and understanding. I am happy that I can communicate well and that I am learning to do so. I can see that it is helpful in every field.• The most important thing I learned is that when you are happy with something, it is very hard for people to take it away from you. That is how I feel about this job. I am always happy about the things I do.
