  Working with children wishing to learn about gymnastics. During the summer we have a hundred kids or more we needed to keep on the schedule put in place no matter what happened. I've also been taught how to think on my feet really well, because I have been asked to sub in classes when another instructor hasn't been able to be there, and I was required to step in without not a lot of notice and knowing a lesson plan.
