Vanessa has been a phenomenal manager to me over my 12 month placement at Volkswagen Group. I am so grateful that I have had her as a support over my time here. During busy periods, she always puts me first and dedicates time in her day to make sure I am comfortable with my workload. I really appreciate her, and will miss her a lot. She has lead our CXM programme transition, and has always delegated and made sure the project was going as planned. Vanessa has been such a great leader and has took on a huge responsibility to transition all VW brands and functions to CXM, the new CEM portal. She has done so well, leading the team, and our CEM provider, and liaising with all our internal stakeholders. I am so proud of her, and am so grateful for her. Thank you Vanessa!
