I've known Vanessa as my Boss for almost a year and it was a great experience and pleasure for me. Vanessa is a true Retail Professional: a targeted, passionate, energetic, inspiring, demanding, curious and hardworking manager. Looking back at that period, i remeber Vanessa always leading by example, giving feedback to all levels of her team and setting high standards of work and results. To be more specific, i would mention 3 lessons, i've learned from Vanessa: - She always told people not only WHAT to do, but HOW to do this. (that's why we made a big improvement in Convertion and Customer Service in 2017-2018 in Springfield Russia) - She always demanded great preparation which led to great results (it was extremely effective when opening new stores in 3 days) - She is especially good in simplifying business processes and getting rid of anything unefficient. (With the help of Vanessa we managed to reduse stock management time and use spare working hours to serve customers. We also managed to cut headcount by 15% together with LFL Sales vs Traffic growth) She is definitely a manager and a person i'd love to work with once again.
