  We ARE Sourcing was founded to support We ARE Renewables, We ARE Infotech and We ARE Life Sciences on sourcing for their clients and improve on delivering suitable candidates for permanent positions and (freelance) projects. Given the current market situation and demand, we have decided to offer Sourcing solutions to Clients and external Recruitment Agencies outside our organization. The reason that we have opened an office in Kosovo is the lack of suitable (and available) candidates on sourcing in the Netherlands and the pool of suitable Resource specialists, who are fluent English speaking, in Kosovo. On a daily basis, we discuss deliverables and goals for each team member and this will be managed by an experienced manager in Kosovo. Given the lack of capacity in recruitment and more specific resourcing, we decided to hire additional staff in Kosovo to offer Resourcing solutions for external clients in the market. To keep it simple: We offer a dedicated resource who will be fully supported and managed by an experienced recruitment specialist and will be working with the best sourcing tools in the market for a fixed price per hour.
