  Client: Morgan Stanley Bank Project: FXQA (Foreign Exchange) - Test the Applications which is used by Client (Traders) and Salesperson from Morgan side on different types of Trades like DSP, RFQ, SWAP & SSP on Spot and Forward Tenures where testing involves UI validations and tracing back the trade in server-side components to ensure the trade details have been processed from front office to back-office IT system. Role : Test Lead Responsibilities: ● Analyze business and functional requirements to understand the scope of the project. ● Create a high-level test strategy and approach based on the goals and specifications of the project. ● Work well with all the project stakeholders to match HLD and project activities. ● Determine important system interfaces, dependencies and components for testing. ● Determine the test environments, resources and effort needed to complete the tasks. ● Create detailed test cases with expected results from high-level test scenarios. ● Create test data to enable the execution of test cases. ● Responsible for Test Execution and Test Status Reporting and sign offs. ● Environment trouble shooting and query resolution of team members. ● Cross functional teams’ communication. ● Escalating any serious issues encountered during testing to stakeholders. ● Release planning and Release Deployment. ● Provide post-implementation support for all deliverables. ● Give training to the new members within the team and getting them productive quickly. ● Plan and Organize Knowledge Transfer sessions for the Team members.   Client: Discover Bank Project: Student Loan Corporation- Mainly the project involves three main applications i.e Web, Origination and Servicing. Web application is tested by applying for Student loans using different products, customer type and interest rate. Origination System is tested by applying a loan using Paper and Phone in Loan application. In real time this application is used by CSR agent to customize or post a Student Loan on behalf of Borrower. Servicing application like Diploma is used by CSR agent to mainly deals with customers whose loan has been disbursed or the loan is in status like deferment, Forbearance, Repay, Grace period etc. Responsibilities: ● Perform end to end testing and validate the quality of the application. ● Requirement gathering and Test scenario creation. ● Test case creation and execution for new modules being added and modifying previously built test cases. ● Responsible Peer review of executed test cases. ● Involved in project management activities like scope definition, estimation, project planning, resource allocation into various tasks, project tracking, metrics collection, status reporting on daily basis. ● Requirement Gathering, Understanding and Test Strategy creation for functional end to end testing. ● Responsible for Test Execution and Test Status Reporting.
