I have worked with Vanda for 5 years on fundraising and donor relations while she was managing WWF’s youth volunteer programme. Vanda successfully developed proposals to secure and renew donor funding, and crafted reports to keep donors updated and engaged. We also met together with supporters in person and Vanda’s passion, knowledge and care of the programme really made a difference for our donors. Her strong project management and collaboration skills enabled her to lead this programme effectively, coordinating various network offices and multiple internal stakeholders, while also representing the organisation so diligently with external partners and volunteers. All this makes Vanda a great colleague and a sure asset to any team.

Vanda is a person who adapts very quickly to any new situation, enjoys challenges and learning, which has allowed her to continuously expand her skills. Professional, organized, proactive and always having a positive attitude, it is a pleasure to work with her.
