Val has an amazing level of skill as a listener who can filter out the highlights to create a story from a vast amount of career data. She was able to help me synthesize the many roles, courses, education, and various types of experience I have, and pull out the themes for my resume and LinkedIn. I was so happy with our work together that I also hired her to work with my two daughters to craft their resumes and learn interview skills. She did such a good job that they both got jobs immediately just based on their resumes. I highly recommend Val for her skill in career transition and because she's a pleasure to work with.
