      I gained a graduate roll and Goodman Fielder after graduating University at the end of 2019. My role was involved in Quality Management, and Laboratory Testing. I started in the Lab with the role to test the products on site for both local and international markets. I was based in the Chemistry and Microbiology sections of the Laboratory and my job included: - Using FT1 Machines to determine fat, protein, total solids, and SNF of milk products (Nutritional Testing). - Sediment testing, calcium testing, sensory testing, chlorine testing - Testing CIPs and CCPs, testing TAs and clearing tanks for production for both fresh milk and UHT. - Fat gerber testing, coffee testing, allergen testing. - Making up vitamin mixes for the milk products - Sending of Certificates of Analysis (COAs) to outgoing clients from routine testing, and also non- routine testing of clients. I was in charge of releasing products from the results found in the lab for export markets. I moved in to Quality Management, where I oversaw HACCP plans, Quality Assurance plans, Product Recall plans and customers complaints.
