  As a product expert, I provide both functional and technical support for the SAP Sales and Marketing Cloud for our customers. My expertise has grown so much in recent years that I hold training courses/workshops for our customers if necessary. Release management is also my responsibility. I am involved in product developments right from the start. I advise customers on feasibility and keep an eye on the effects on existing functionalities and processes. In addition, I always keep an eye on the data quality in the systems in day-to-day business. I feel the need to immediately analyze and rectify inconsistencies/conspicuousness, or rather, to have them rectified by the technical colleagues. In addition to the SAP Sales and Marketing Cloud, I am building expertise in the SAP Analytics Cloud and Qualtrics. Show less
