I collect, compile and review data for year end processing (P60's, P11d's, end of year statements) and liaise with HMRC. I have to ensure that payroll submissions are made in a timely manner and to continually review existing processes with a view to innovating new practices, developing or improving new procedures leading to best practice operations. I act as a key point of contact for the Payroll team and maintain effective working systems and internal controls, ensuring that errors are minimised and any changes are reflected accurately.
