We have been interested in the environment for quite some time now, and we believe that something needs to be done about the environmental pollution for the sake of our future. Since we already knew that food waste is a problem, we did more research and found out that the problem is even bigger than we could have imagined. This problem doesn’t only occur our hometown Rotterdam and unfortunately, it’s a global issue. This is how Toogood2Waste was established and now we are getting restaurants to lower their food waste by creating a delicious meal for you. The meal contains products from the local restaurants. The products are NOT leftovers from other peoples’ ordered plates, but sometimes a restaurant just has too much of a product. These are exactly the ingredients the restaurant uses to create your meal. In case a restaurant does not have any products left, we won’t be able to serve you a meal.
