  Responsible of planning, managing, and keeping track of the emitter production process. Achieves milestones, monitors tasks, progress and generates reports for the director of technology. The position requires not only technical knowledge of the production process and project management skills but also hands-on capabilities in the laboratory and cleanroom. Main responsibilities: - Preparation of the emitter production plan for different projects, determination and allocation of human and material resources. - Communicate project goals and deadlines to all team members - Lead and supervise the EM team in the production of emitters for different projects. Ensure all activities are properly planned, prioritized, executed, reviewed, and closed out. - Manage the chemical laboratory, the testing laboratory, and the cleanroom, including the equipment. - Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis to ensure any issues that may arise during production are repaired efficiently to meet the deadlines and quality requirements. - Apply engineering knowledge and principles to develop the best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production yield and quality of output. - Drive manufacture process improvements through test, design of experiments, data analysis and design enhancements. - Present progress updates to the director of technology and executive management. - Oversee preparation of working instructions, inspection reports and internal test documentation. - Examine data and create reports, such as root cause analysis, field emission testing and design change recommendation. - Maintain, review, and compile all necessary documentation regarding production process, such as part tracker and manufacturing tracker. - Oversee quality assurance and requirement compliance of emitters. - Develop and maintain documentation for Quality Management audits. - Involvement in external audits as a representative of the EM department.
