𝗠𝗬 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬 After a seven-month, solo, backpacking journey across the entire length of the African continent (the Cape to Cairo route), I relocated to Addis Ababa and spent the next 8 years living in Ethiopia. Despite having a Master's Degree in Social Work, I switched over to the business world after seeing that creating high-paying jobs was one of the most sustainable ways to reduce poverty. It is also much less about blind pity, and more about equitable partnerships, win-wins, and mutual appreciation. That is why, when I relocated back to the US, I launched CRDLE. We focus on connecting the world to Africa in two ways. 1) 𝗪𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁. We work with everyone from life coaches who need virtual assistants, small businesses who need admin support, and large organizations that want to build an entire team of remote developers. Unlike other talent recruiters, we do not charge a recruitment fee. We do not require a lengthy contract and instead work on a month-by-month basis. We listen to your needs, introduce you to a short list of viable candidates, and help you onboard the right one who will work directly for you (just like any other remote worker). It helps you get the support your team needs and is significantly more affordable, while still paying a great salary to the candidate. 2) 𝗪𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀. For retailers, drop shippers, and store owners, we help source your next bestseller from one of the 100+ African brands that we have carefully vetted. We help arrange samples, provide great shipping discounts, and handle the import/customs process for you. We specialize in products that have a great social and environmental impact.
