  Assisting the VP of the company with A/R, A/P. Setting up, organizing, and completing large billing tasks weekly. I work with payroll by letting them know which drivers are late in turning in paperwork or if anything needs to be corrected. I help our office processor with scanning and indexing documents into our system to always have an electronic copy and to assure that paperwork has been turned in. Our dispatch operations supervisor and I work together to verify load invoice content before submitting in order to be paid, or we work together to correct anything that was rejected. I also help acquire payment status' and payments from companies who are very delayed in paying our company. Our drivers usually have loads run with the big 3 automotive, working closely with Ryder or Penske carrier management, other carrier companies to help us cover loads, and work with other broker companies so our drivers also do other runs aside from automotive-- such as grocery stores, donated items, etc. I do most of the office orders when anyone internal needs office supplies. I work on filing projects when needed too.
