  My responsibility are importing and exporting records to COD for Pell, SEOG funding as well as ISIR information. Batch and approve pell and seog payments to current students. Approving and certifying loans through common line and posting all loan rosters. Posting and certifying State grants rosters. Approve for accuracy and transmit the SSCR roster. I currently oversee five financial aid advisors. I also oversee the business offices daily functions of posting funds, billing, reconciling bank accounts, R2T4 calculations

  Managing State Grant program, Ensure all student completed FAFSA to meet deadlines, monitored student account balance to ensure enough aid was coming in to cover them. Handle the federal work study program. Met with and reported to Campus Director on funding, and issues. Set up budget for student for origination and payment. Met with families to discus funding options and help them to under stand how the funding works.
