Supports the Human Resource department in a number of ways including screening and interviewing applicants; supporting the monthly payroll process, work pass applications, orienting new employees, administering employee benefits programme and Learning and development initiatives. Support monthly payroll processing Upload Jobs and to Jobs Bank ensuring positions are kept open for key roles Provide job candidates by screening and testing applicants Maintain HR record by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job designation, merit increases Track absenteeism (Sickness, annual leave) Support on-boarding and welcoming/induction activities for new employees Process work pass application and IR21 Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and correspondences Conduct reference checks on possible candidates Support the employee exit/resignation process Support Employee Benefits platform Responsible for WDA process for AAM Advisory - Identify and organise training and development opportunities Monitor and report on attendance activities (sickness, scheduled absences) Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities: reading professional publications and communicating to the HR team any changes in Employment Law/MOM guidance updates.
