As a Sr. CSA I was responsible for not only making sure customers were satisfied, but being an assistant to my manager. The biggest job was assisting brides & grooms with setting up their groomsman attire for their big day. As someone who is a listener, I was able to listen to the needs, wants and desires of each couple and do my best to make sure that it happened. Occasionally problem solving, or having to de-escalate potential problems would come into play. I was able to listen to the issue and do all I could to get to the root of the problem and then do whatever was needed to correct the issue. Whether it was as simple as making a small adjustment to a coat, or driving a missing item 2 hours away before the wedding. Administrative duties also came into play, auditing papers to ensure things added up, proper filing, and maintenance of customer folders. Show less
