I have been working as an ESL teacher at LDL since 2016. As a teacher, I manage my classes on a daily basis by well-preparing for my lessons according to students' levels and needs, and listening to their feedback and progress. I communicate their feedback to the project manager so as to ensure complete satisfaction and success for both the students and the company. I evaluate new students to determine the appropriate level to place them in, according to their knowledge of the language and guidelines set in place by LDL. I have also contributed in creating content for the advanced levels.
