If anyone in the office needed help with programs or processes, Valerie was the "go-to" to figure it out. If she did not have the answer she would research and study persistently until the solution was provided. She performed a high level of responsibility with the company business development in addition to all of the office management duties which was key to landing multiple bid proposals. All tasks completed were done with a smile and a sense of pride. Her strength is her up-beat attitude, no task is too big, and tenacious focus on details.
