Reservations Agent
-
Feb 2020 - Present
After one year gained experience at the front desk I changed my position, and became as a Reservation Agent, who is responsible for the individual guests' bookings. In the hotel the a significant proportion of guests are foreign, so I am using my English every day, a less frequently my German too. I make telephonecalls all day, meanwhile answering for the e-mails, processing the online reservations and the own individual bookings too. It is a really multifunctional job, I need to be always attentive, painstaking, kind, helpful, openminded for solutions, friendly, professional, good selling representative, teamworker, and I could list for a long time. I like when I have a task, which can be short or long term, both are a challenge for me. I am a good teamworker, but I prefer the individual task, which makes feel me that my job is important. I am open for bigger tasks. Show less

Front Desk Receptionist
-
Feb 2019 - Jan 2020
I spent at the reception my internship, which lasted for 3 months. It was really interesting, I had learnt really much here about this profession, the hotel and the different nationalities who arrived to the hotel. I developed my language skills and learnt a lot about the Hostware programm. I handled small complaints, the bigger ones were the Supervisors' responsibility. I ordered taxes, sold sightseeing tours, and did all of the works which are the receptionist's job: make telephone calls, write e-mails, booking rooms for individual guests, make rooming, billing, do the check-in and check-out, make wake up calls, help for the guests with their question or problem and so on. I really loved this job too, but once there was an opportunity to be a Reservation Agent, working at the same place but in an other position and I took it. Since then I am working at the back office. Shift Manager
-
Jun 2015 - Jan 2019
My main job was to lead the actual shift, supervising the workflows, serve the guests and make them satisfy. I was worked in 3 shift: morning, afternoon and night. At night I had to make the inventory, order goods and check all of the cleaning processes. Not a day has been boring, I loved my colleagues, we were a big family. But I had to leave them due to my internship for the university. My main job was to lead the actual shift, supervising the workflows, serve the guests and make them satisfy.
