  Manage the front desk of the office and adhere to local office business hours • Maintain front office appearance • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to appropriate internal departments and employees on a multi-line phone system, taking messages when appropriate • Greet and direct PWMs’ guests/clients with professionalism • Validate parking for visitors • Direct incoming questions to appropriate staff based on general understanding of the structure • Revise conference room reservations in Outlook • Arrange and facilitate meetings, ensuring all parties can attend and that rooms are available, may need to rearrange with little notice to accommodate last-minute changes and emergency cancellations • Create and/or edit documents using Word, PowerPoint, and/or Excel • Support executive teams in a variety of different ways depending on what support those teams need at the time.
