  Strikitsa Consulting is the UK/Russian boutique firm that specializes in executive search and management consulting. I worked with various industries including TMT, Robotics, PE & VC, Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, Aviation & Airports for the clients from the UK, Russia, Kazakhstan, Canada, Singapore, and India. As a company's partner and co-owner in Russia, I oversaw our P&L, business development, sales and marketing, as well as project execution. I spent months working on-site with the clients, including in harsh environment on the North and at the remote oilfields. Filled more than 30 executive and board level roles. In partnership with IMD Business School, developed a customized educational program for senior management. I became a finalist for the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women competition in 2014. I sold my part of the company to pursue my MBA at CEIBS in Shanghai.

  I set up and managed an in-house PR-agency with the team of 3 people. The agency provided full PR support to the group of companies focused on lighting design and architecture. The services included creating communication strategies, web sites and corporate identity; also we worked with media to provide coverage for companies' news, events and new product launches. We organized large events (200+ participants), workshops and exhibitions. Awards: ArchMoscow Architectural Exhibition Grand Prix in 2007-2008 for our work with lighting design companies VIART and Viabizzuno.
