I worked with Valentina implementing Farmer Field School Methodology in Uganda, during this time; Valentina was extremely helpful in establishing Train of Trainer sessions throughout the country; first, learning fast and deeply the methodology and performing as a trainer of trainer very soon. Together, we developed and printed a TOT trainers guide and crop protocols for the trainers to establish FFS sessions after the graduations. Responsiveness, intelligence, leadership, dedication, good writing, creativity, cost saving and a happy person are some or her characteristics I can recommend Velentina as a hard, fast and energetic person sure that any goal that’s set for her to accomplish, she will reach it very soon.
