Valentina is a systems superhero, supporting Coram Shakespeare Schools Foundation with our transition to Salesforce in early 2021. Valentina truly went above and beyond and took a people-focused approach to design our Salesforce solution. CSSF is grateful for the patience, resilience and proactivity that Valentina demonstrated to understand our complex operational model. Thank you Valentina!

I have managed Valentina for over three years at Coram Beanstalk, where she leads on our impact and information. During that time she has led a significant digital transformation project, bringing on board a new CRM system (Salesforce) to help us manage our relationships with volunteers and school customers. This major project greatly improved our efficiency, allowing us to save significant costs long-term. She managed the project pretty much single-handedly, on schedule, within budget and ensured our staff were well-trained and supported at all times as they moved to this new system. A fantastic achievement that has transformed the way we work. In addition, she’s managed our impact and evaluation, developing systems that allow the charity to demonstrate more effectively the impact we have on children. This is vital not only for our funding and partnerships with school but also to ensure our service continues to improve. Valentina is super-smart, our internal expert on anything related to Salesforce, data analysis, impact and evaluation, and a critical part of our team. She’s also a pleasure to work with and I’ve loved being able to help her develop her career. A fantastic asset for our organisation!
