I had the privilege of working with Valentine for 3,5 years. First 1,5Y I had working at retail development department as colleague he taught me basic business things such as customer-oriented and satisfaction, planning, business leadership. After reorganization I was as subordinate at consumer sales department. During CFT project, daily job Valentine demonstrated good perfomace as team leader, showed high involvement to business process, learned and motivated all sales staff. Also in addition I'd like to add during education at MBA program he grew up and developed as LEADER and can manage big team and achieve challenging targets.
