Development of a strong partnership with the suppliers and business relationship with customers Accompaniment for all customers audits, implementing the company HR policies, internal audits plan for ensuring the safe and health work environment, the respect of the work task by all the employees (workers included). Responsible for implementing new working procedures, new machines – we’ve implemented 3 welding robots – organizing the production site in order to respond to the ISO9001 procedures Commercial strategy responsible for the site, commercial plan, business plan and responsible for all financial results and organisational assignments
