  The internship program focused on the development of practical skills on the electrical maintenance side (replacement / repair of electric motors, repair of electrical lighting installations) in Nitric Acid, Ammonium Nitrate and NPK installations together with electricians, foremen and engineers. Following the internship program, I gained experience in parameterizing frequency converters as well as in using measuring and control devices, on the practical branch but also the improvement of the learning, communication and collaboration capacity with the other Azomureș members, as well as psychological training.
