Development of an algorithm for processing images acquired by ultrafast ultrasound for the diagnosis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. The data used were collected on mice as well as pigs with different diets. The diagnosis is based on passive elastography of the liver, i.e. the use of mechanical waves generated by the animal's body to measure the propagation velocities of these shear waves in the liver and to deduce its hardness.
