Valensia is one of the most driven and disciplined people I have met. I've had the pleasure to work with her and learn from her experience, character and skills. In particular, I have been witness to her ability to recruit, lead, organize and generally be a valuable asset to the people around her (she also has a reputation as a high-performing sales person). Even in an organization full of motivated people striving to better themselves, she still manages to stick out as an embodiment of principles such as professionalism, consistency and dedication amongst many others. I can't recommend her enough!
