As I was once a mentor to her (or at least that's what she considers me to be lol), 2 things that would be the unforgettable traits of Valencia; 1. Sincerity, and; 2. Willpower. 1. She may look and act very emotional, but if you look at it from a different POV, that shows how much sense of social sensitivity she has. She would sincerely listen to all of your problems and actually be empathetic to you. Thus that trait would make her a teammate that you and your whole team will always want to be around. She's really such a loving and understanding person, she'll love you and you'll love her back. 2. As she often shows her emotional side, oftentimes people would look down on her, as I did as well the first year I knew her. But it's been over 5 years that I have known her, and as far as I know, she has NEVER backed out from any challenges or commitments she met and made. Despite any weight that could have just drowned her to the bottom of the sea, that could have drowned anyone else, with her willpower she'll always finish what she started, and believe me, she will finish remarkably full of majestic surprises. To conclude: She is one of a kind. You will be very grateful to work with her. Looking forward to having our paths cross again in the future, Len!
