Val started off as my Retail Operations Manager before then moving to store Project Management and in both roles delivered change and drove performance and improvements. Her energy and get it done attitude delivered real changes for the way our stores and central Ops team worked and communicated. It was then a natural progression for Val to move into store projects team. If you’re looking for a dedicated, forward thinking and driven leader Val ticks all of those boxes. Loyalty and passion to deliver things is unquestionable and would be a real asset to any expanding business both in the UK and Internationally.

Val showed strong leadership qualities and determination on the projects we worked on together. She proved to always be available to support her colleagues in need of assistance or direction, and leads by example by consistently being one of the hardest workers in the room.
