  Manage operational finances and funding allocation for Brevard location. Oversee the hiring, training and management of employees; conduct payroll, oversee daily office functions, and perform budgeting outputs for campus operations. Provide for daily management and mentoring a team of 8 employees and oversee 60 volunteers. Ensure maximum services and resources are provided for over 500 homeless, men, women and children daily. Develop and implement innovative ideas and solutions to better the organization. Represent Matthew’s Hope as an ambassador at events and meeting with various community organizations, local businesses, and government agencies.
