   Planning Sourcing with the clients and understanding the Requirements and carrying out a requirement analysis  Formulating the Sourcing Strategy and sourcing the Right Fit Candidates from sources such as Portals, Professional Networking Sites, Social Media, Headhunting and Cold Calling etc.  Validating the profiles using appropriate screening and Short listing techniques. Carrying out detailed Telephonic / Personal Interviews and carrying out a detailed assessment of the Candidate based on the Short listing Parameters.  Writing candidate assessments / evaluation reports and presenting it to the clients.  Candidate and client engagement throughout the Recruitment process.  Obtaining feedback and hand holding the candidate and the client throughout the interview process including the negotiation process.  Critical Thinking Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
