I met Val over 7 years ago when she was a producer at Opus and I was booking talent at Exposre. Not many talent agents were once producers themselves and because of this fact, I knew immediately she was top-notch. Not only was she organized, open, thoughtful and decisive, she was also very very level-headed. Being able to operate at that level while under great amounts of pressure is an amazing feat. I remember how patient she was with me on a project where I got the numbers ($$) confused. I felt terrible about my mistakes but she afforded me my dignity and connected with me on a human level. We easily amended the issues and became genuine friends. In later years, I had the great pleasure of working at Outpost with Val. Watching her work upclose is a treat - she treats people well, she brings enthusiasm to every project and works with passion. Val knows the ins and outs of all things video/media.
