Val was a valuable member of our cohort during our studies towards gaining a Masters Degree. I always found Val to thoughtful and willing to listen to the contributions from other members of the group. I also found that often Val was able to bring a different or additional perspective into our discussions which was very valuable and helped us to enhance our learning as we shared our experiences and thoughts on various subjects. It was a pleasure to study with Val and I am sure she will, like myself using the knowledge and skills gained to great effect.

Val is an excellent strategic leader who has a passion for wanting to improve the quality and impact of services to children and families. She was a joy to work with and is now implementing some major changes to focus the organisation on outcomes.

A member of the Board of Trustees at Hartlebury Castle, the former home of the Bishop of Worcester. It offers a great visitor experience, from the fascinating history of the Castle, the famous Hurd library to the superb grounds and cafe.
