A leading international producer of fresh prepared foods and produce, working with the top global grocery retailers. Manufacturing over 5,000 fresh prepared food products in 18 different product categories, turnover of £1.67billion. Covering for maternity leave of the incumbent, reporting to the Head of Site and a member of the executive team. Responsible for all aspects of HR for 300 employees and managing a small team. Main project to oversee the closure of the site, ensuring that the process was completed in accordance with legislation and assisting employees to find new opportunities. This project was completed on time, I then oversaw the closure and clearance of the site. I am now working on a GDPR project for Bakkavor in the UK, implementing new procedures, updating policies, analysing personal data used within the organisation and ensuring that all of our sites are working to new protocols. This project will finish at the end of December 2018 and I will be actively looking for new opportunities for 2019. Show less

Working on an interim project for CNCS. Led TUPE transfer project for Out of Hours 111 service. • 34 employees in scope to transfer, the roles affected were triage nurses and non-clinical call handlers. • Carried out individual consultation meetings with each employee twice, held staff briefings, which was logistically challenging because for most employees their role with CNCS was not their substantive role and only worked during the hours 18.00 to 08.00. • Many last minute changes to the project made by the commissioners. For example, it was decided that the triage nurses would be retained for re-assessment calls, 22 triage nurses were interviewed and selected over a weekend. • Carried out re-organisation of the remaining service when transfer had taken place, consulted with 47 employees which included Clinical Managers, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, Health Care Assistants, non-clinical call handlers and Doctors Assistants and issued amendment to contracts to them.
