I had a chance to work with Vaishali on a very demanding and complicated project. She is a very dedicated and hands-on Program Manager but she does not micro-manage every personal that is assigned to this project. She inspires and motivate everyone in the group to perform their best. I am sorry to see her leave and wish her the best on her next position.

Vaishali Paliwal is a great Manager at Recaro. She is always up for whatever task is put in front of her and delivers to the highest caliber possible. Vaishili is practicle and able to see the larger picture/scope of what needs to be accomplished. She is a class act!

Vineet P.

I have worked with Vaishali on multiple projects. Her customer centric approach allows her to fully understand the business needs, before suggesting a solution. She has been often asked to deliver the impossible but always seems to find a way to get the job done and never cracks under pressure. Finally an element that sets her apart from her peers is her responsiveness (customer satisfaction high) to both the company and the customer.I would recommend Vaishali as a Manager which not only meets but exceeds performance.
